Soyabeans & Sesame Seeds

These products contain Sunflower Seeds and Sesame seeds which have been known to cause anaphylactic shock.

Despite continued efforts to keep the raw materials used in the production of our products segregated from Nuts as they pass through the supply chain, we unfortunately can not guarantee them to be 100% nut free.

Although our seeds are cleaned to a very high standard, this is a natural product that may very occasionally contain traces of other seeds and natural material such as husks & stalk.

* Aspergillus Oryzae (also known as Koji) is the culture used to start the fermentation process in the production of our soya-bean based savoury sauce. It serves the same function as yeast in brewing.
