Berry Breakfast Bowl

Serves 1.


1/2 cup porridge oats
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other milk of your choice)
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
pinch of cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp nut butter of your choice or chopped almonds
a handful of mixed berries
1 tbsp Warm Cinnamon or Super Berry Munchy Seeds


Place the oats in a saucepan. Then, add the milk, water, cinnamon, chia seeds and vanilla powder. Over a medium heat, gently bring to a slow boil, until the mixture begins to thicken. Then, lower heat to simmer, stirring occasionally.

Once cooked, transfer to a bowl of your choice and top with berries, your chosen Munchy Seed mix and nut butter.
