Energising Smoothies For Healthy Hydration

Power up your morning with one of our healthy and delicious breakfast smoothies. Smoothies are an excellent way of nourishing our bodies with essential nutrients and increase our intake of fruit and vegetables. You can even prepare them the night before work, leave in the fridge to chill and enjoy later on in the day.

Raspberry delight:

185g frozen raspberries
1 small banana
1 tbsp Super Berry seeds
(20g) handful of spinach
5 drops of vanilla extract
300ml almond milk


half a mango (150g)
50g fresh coconut
a handful of spinach (20g)
5 drops of vanilla extract
1 tbsp Honey Roasted seeds
200ml of water

Blueberry blast:

180g frozen blueberries
1 small banana
a handful of spinach (20g)
1 tbsp Super Berry seeds
1 tsp coconut oil
250ml almond milk


100g pineapple
a large handful (25g) of kale
1 orange
1 tsp of Honey Roasted seeds
200ml coconut water
