Parmesan & Toasted Tamari Seed Crisps

We love it when something is as easy as it is delicious and this gives all the flavour and umami you could possibly want from a snack or treat to enjoy with a glass of wine!

You can make as many or as few as you like of these.

Ingredients:

All you need is some finely grated parmesan, a packet of our Toasted Tamari Savoury Sprinkles and a small or medium pastry cutter (up to you what size you want to make them).

Method:

Set your oven to 175C fan and line a roasting tray with some baking parchment. Using your pastry cutter spoon about a heaped dessert spoon of parmesan into the cutter, followed by a couple of teaspoons of the seed mix.

Stir the seeds in a little and remove the cutter. Give each crisp about 1.5″ girth then make up as many as you planned to.

Put in the hot oven for 10 – 12 mins then remove and leave to completely cool (however tempted you are to dive in). Once cool, serve as snacks with drinks or as a garnish to a fish dish or salad and enjoy.
