200g conchiglie pasta
2 medium carrots
3 big handfuls of washed spinach
Simply boil the pasta as per the pack instructions. Add the chopped carrots and courgettes once the pasta has been cooking for about 5 minutes. Just near the end of cooking, add the spinach for 3 minutes. Drain and stir in the chopped basil, olive oil and black pepper. Serve into two bowls and sprinkle a handful of seeds over the top of each.
Leave the seed pack in the middle of the table, so you can grab a few extra as you munch your way through – yum!
