Asian Cauliflower Wings with Lucy’s Dressings

We love teaming up with other great British brands and are delighted to be collaborating with London-based Lucy’s Dressings – to create this delicious Asian Cauliflower Wing recipe using our Toasted Tamari Mega Omega Savoury Sprinkle and their Ginger & Sesame Dressing

Serves 2.

Ingredients:

1 head cauliflower, chopped in medium-small florets
Lucy’s Dressings Ginger & Sesame dressing
Munchy Seeds Toasted Tamari Mega Omega Savoury Sprinkle

Coating:

1 cup of flour (buckwheat or wholemeal)
1 egg or egg Replacement
1/2 cup dairy free milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp onion powder

Method:

Mix all the ingredients for the coating in a large mixing bowl. Pour over your cauliflower florets and mix well to coat. Place on a lined or oiled baking sheet.

Bake at 180C for around 30 min until crunchy and golden. While the cauliflower is cooking, mix all your sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Drizzle the cauliflower with Lucy’s Dressings Ginger & Sesame Dressing

Bake for another 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh herbs & Munchy Seeds Toasted Tamari Mega Omega Savoury Sprinkle
